1. Anbieter und Geltungsbereich

1. Provider and scope

Anbieter von Yacht Empire ist die AI Unicorn Ventures GmbH, Neuer Jungfernstieg 5, 20354 Hamburg, Deutschland (im Folgenden „wir"). Die vollständigen Anbieterangaben stehen im Impressum. Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung des Spiels und für jeden Kauf digitaler Inhalte im Spiel.

The provider of Yacht Empire is AI Unicorn Ventures GmbH, Neuer Jungfernstieg 5, 20354 Hamburg, Germany (“we”). The full provider details are set out in the legal notice. These terms apply to the use of the game and to every purchase of digital content in the game.

Das Angebot richtet sich an Verbraucher. Für den Kauf musst du volljährig sein oder die Zustimmung deiner Erziehungsberechtigten haben.

The offering is directed at consumers. To make a purchase you must be of full legal age or have the consent of your legal guardians.

Yacht Empire ist kostenlos spielbar. Gegenstand eines Kaufs sind ausschließlich einmalige digitale Freischaltungen im Spiel — kein Abonnement, keine laufende Zahlung, keine Ware. Eine Freischaltung ist an dein Konto gebunden, nicht an ein Gerät, und wird nicht in Geld ausgezahlt oder auf andere Konten übertragen. Spielwährung im Spiel („Euro" im Spielstand) ist kein Zahlungsmittel und nicht käuflich.

Yacht Empire is free to play. A purchase covers exclusively one-off digital unlocks inside the game — no subscription, no recurring payment, no physical goods. An unlock is tied to your account, not to a device, and is neither paid out in money nor transferable to other accounts. In-game currency (“euros” in the save game) is not a means of payment and cannot be bought.

Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro und enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer. Versandkosten fallen nicht an, weil nichts versendet wird. Maßgeblich ist der Preis, der dir im Kaufvorgang unmittelbar vor dem Bezahlen angezeigt wird.

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. There are no shipping costs because nothing is shipped. The price shown to you in the checkout immediately before payment is the one that applies.

3. Wie der Vertrag zustande kommt

Die Darstellung der Produkte im Shop ist noch kein bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung an dich, eines abzugeben. Der Ablauf:

The presentation of products in the shop is not yet a binding offer but an invitation for you to make one. The steps are:

1. Du wählst im Shop ein Produkt und tippst auf „Kaufen".
2. You select a product in the shop and tap “Kaufen” (buy).
3. Du wirst zur Bezahlseite unseres Zahlungsdienstleisters Stripe weitergeleitet. Dort siehst du Produkt und Gesamtpreis noch einmal und kannst deine Eingaben prüfen und korrigieren.
4. You are redirected to the payment page of our payment service provider Stripe. There you see the product and the total price again and can review and correct your entries.
5. Mit dem Betätigen der zahlungspflichtigen Schaltfläche auf der Bezahlseite gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot ab.
6. By activating the payment button on the payment page you submit a binding offer.
7. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald wir die Zahlungsbestätigung erhalten und die Freischaltung deinem Konto gutschreiben. Du erhältst eine Bestätigung des Vertragsinhalts auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger (E-Mail-Beleg über Stripe).
8. The contract is concluded as soon as we receive confirmation of payment and credit the unlock to your account. You receive a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email receipt via Stripe).

Der Vertragstext wird von uns nicht gesondert gespeichert und ist nach Vertragsschluss nicht mehr über die Website abrufbar; diese Bedingungen kannst du jederzeit hier abrufen und speichern. Vertragssprache ist Deutsch.

We do not store the contract text separately and it is not retrievable via the website after conclusion of the contract; you can call up and save these terms here at any time. The contract language is German.

4. Zahlung

4. Payment

Die Zahlung wird über Stripe abgewickelt (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Irland). Welche Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung stehen, siehst du auf der Bezahlseite. Zahlungsdaten gibst du ausschließlich dort ein; sie erreichen uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt (siehe Datenschutzerklärung, Abschnitt 7). Der Betrag ist sofort fällig.

Payment is processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). The available payment methods are shown on the payment page. You enter payment data exclusively there; it never reaches us (see privacy policy, section 7). The amount is due immediately.

Ein Kauf ist nur mit angemeldetem Konto möglich — eine Freischaltung ohne Konto hätte keinen Träger. Bereits erworbene Produkte lassen sich nicht ein zweites Mal kaufen.

A purchase requires a signed-in account — an unlock without an account would have nothing to attach to. Products already owned cannot be purchased a second time.

5. Widerrufsrecht

Als Verbraucher steht dir ein Widerrufsrecht zu. Einzelheiten, Fristen und das Muster-Widerrufsformular findest du in der Widerrufsbelehrung. Sie ist Bestandteil dieser Bedingungen.

As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal. Details, deadlines and the model withdrawal form are set out in the withdrawal policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Bereitstellung, Verfügbarkeit und Mängel

6. Provision, availability and defects

Die gekaufte Freischaltung wird unmittelbar nach der Zahlungsbestätigung in deinem Konto wirksam. Yacht Empire ist ein laufend weiterentwickeltes Spiel: Inhalte, Balance und Oberfläche können sich ändern. Erworbene Freischaltungen bleiben dabei erhalten; wird ein Inhalt dauerhaft entfernt, stellen wir einen gleichwertigen Ersatz bereit oder erstatten den Kaufpreis anteilig.

The purchased unlock takes effect in your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Yacht Empire is a continuously developed game: content, balancing and interface may change. Unlocks you have purchased are preserved; if content is permanently removed, we provide equivalent replacement content or refund the purchase price pro rata.

Für digitale Produkte gelten die gesetzlichen Vorschriften über Verträge über digitale Produkte (§§ 327 ff. BGB), insbesondere die gesetzlichen Rechte bei Produktmängeln. Wir schulden keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit; kurzzeitige Unterbrechungen durch Wartung, Störungen bei Dienstleistern oder höhere Gewalt sind möglich.

The statutory provisions on contracts for digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) apply, in particular the statutory rights in the event of product defects. We do not owe uninterrupted availability; brief interruptions due to maintenance, disruptions at service providers or force majeure are possible.

7. Nutzungsrechte

7. Rights of use

Mit dem Kauf erhältst du ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, den freigeschalteten Inhalt im Rahmen des Spiels privat zu nutzen. Alle Rechte an Software, Grafiken, Texten und Musik verbleiben bei uns bzw. den jeweiligen Rechteinhabern. Nicht gestattet sind insbesondere die Weitergabe oder der Verkauf von Konten und Freischaltungen, das Umgehen technischer Schutzmaßnahmen und der Einsatz von Automatisierung, die den Spielablauf manipuliert.

With your purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the unlocked content privately within the game. All rights in software, graphics, texts and music remain with us or the respective rights holders. In particular, passing on or selling accounts and unlocks, circumventing technical protection measures and using automation that manipulates gameplay are not permitted.

8. Konto und Beendigung

Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit löschen: direkt im Spiel unter Profil → Konto löschen, oder per formloser Nachricht an privacy@ai-unicorn.de — beide Wege stehen dir offen. Mit der Löschung endet die Nutzung des Spiels, und noch nicht genutzte Freischaltungen verfallen. Wir dürfen ein Konto sperren oder kündigen, wenn erheblich gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird — bei bereits bezahlten, dann nicht mehr nutzbaren Inhalten erstatten wir den anteiligen Kaufpreis, sofern der Verstoß nicht von dir zu vertreten ist.

You can delete your account at any time: directly in the game under Profile → Delete account, or by sending an informal message to privacy@ai-unicorn.de — both routes are open to you. Once the account is deleted, use of the game ends and unused unlocks lapse. We may block or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms — for content already paid for and then no longer usable we refund the pro-rata purchase price, unless you are responsible for the breach.

9. Haftung

Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht — einer Pflicht, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags überhaupt erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung du regelmäßig vertrauen darfst — und der Höhe nach begrenzt auf den bei Vertragsschluss vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen. Die gesetzlichen Rechte bei Produktmängeln bleiben unberührt.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely — and limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded. Statutory rights in the event of product defects remain unaffected.

10. Streitbeilegung

10. Dispute resolution

Wir sind bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor der Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes teilzunehmen; die Anschrift steht im Impressum. Die Online-Streitbeilegungsplattform der Europäischen Kommission wurde zum 20. Juli 2025 abgeschaltet und steht nicht mehr zur Verfügung.

We are willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before the German Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes; the address is given in the legal notice. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

11. Schlussbestimmungen

11. Final provisions

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben davon unberührt. Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein, bleibt der übrige Vertrag wirksam.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in force.
